Highlands Nordic - Trail Conditions

Located on the Niagara Escarpment, Highlands Nordic hosts amazing views of Georgian Bay and bountiful nature. Enjoy 25km of ski trails (perfect for running and easy biking), single track trails for racing and programs, and an 8000 square foot lodge complete with cafeteria, meeting rooms, pro-shop, rentals, and more.

Horseshoe Valley - Trail Conditions

Horseshoe Resort is a family friendly Ontario ski and golf resort  located just over an hour north of Toronto and 20 minutes from Barrie. 

With 30kms of groomed double track set Nordic trails and many other outdoor activities, there’s something for everyone!

Scenic Caves - Trail Conditions

Experience nature through unique adventures year-round at Scenic Caves Nature Adventures. Situated within one of Canada’s eighteen UNESCO biosphere reserves and dating back 450 million years, their location is steeped in rich history and heritage.

Scenic Caves Nordic Centre is home to a spectacular winter playground. Glide along our 27km groomed trail network on cross country skis or hike by snowshoe on 12km of trails, including their Suspension Footbridge!

Wasaga Nordic - Trail Conditions

Wasaga Beach Provincial Park offers some of the most exciting Nordic ski terrains in Central Ontario with over 30 kilometers of groomed trails.  Expert skiers can challenge themselves on the High Dunes Trail while beginner skiers can choose the more leisurely Blueberry Trail.  In addition to Nordic skiing, snowshoeing is also available with a 10km trail system.  The Wasaga Nordic & Trail Centre offers modern equipment rentals, light refreshments, and a warm-up and outback ski shelters to warm up a lunch on a crisp winter day.  Quiet skiers and snowshoers will be rewarded with wildlife viewing as white-tailed deer and winter birds are abundant.

Kawartha Nordic - Trail Conditions

Kawartha Nordic is located 40 minutes north of Peterborough, and 2 hours from Toronto. Kawartha Nordic offers groomed ski trails, including 46 km of classic trails and 27 km of skating trails; including 3 km of lit trails. They also offer a snowshoe trail following a 9 km loop through beautiful Canadian Shield terrain, and four picturesque trail-side cabins equipped with wood stoves and first-aid equipment.

Algonquin Provincial Park - Trail Conditions

Algonquin Park has several trail networks offering over 110 kilometres of some of Ontario's best cross-country (nordic) skiing. Three trails are packed, groomed, and trackset on a regular basis whereas one wilderness ski trail is not groomed or trackset.

Haliburton Highlands Nordic - Trail Conditions

The Haliburton Highlands Nordic Trails Association grooms and maintains 3 ski areas, with trails totaling 36km of skiing. Each area offers a unique experience, with trails suitable for a wide range of abilities.

Arrowhead Nordic Ski Club - Trail Conditions

Arrowhead Nordic Ski Club is located 5 km north of Huntsville, Ontario. The park offers 33 km of beautifully groomed classic and skate trails that range from beginner to expert.

Mono Nordic Ski Club - Trail Conditions

Mono Nordic Ski Club is located 5 minutes north of Orangeville in the Town of Mono. They have 16 km of trails designed to cater to all levels of skiers from novice to expert with a variety of trails groomed for Classic, Skate Skiing, or both. Their 2 km Red A trail loop is lit for night skiing until 9pm. 

Albion Hills Conservation Park - Trail Conditions

Hit the trails with your family and friends! Albion Hills Conservation Park has great trails for cross-country skiing — an excellent way to stay active in winter while enjoying the outdoors. 

Durham Forest

Durham Forest features 16km of classic nordic skiing, 12km of skate skiing, and 15km of snowshoe trails for all skill levels.
