This service charge covers the labor & innertube for flat repairs on front wheels that are equipped with a hub brake (roller brake, drum brake, etc).
Typically flat repairs are completed as quickly as possible, during peak season this may be up to 48 hours.
For some oversized or specialty innertubes a surcharge will be applied to cover the price difference above the cost of a standard innertube.
