Schedule an appointment for drop-off here. After you've dropped your bike off at the appointed time our service department will assess the condition of your bike and provide you with a quote for the repair along with any additional parts & labour that may be required to complete the service, as well as an ETA for completion. Typically within two business days for minor repairs. Complex repairs typically are completed within 5-10 business days.
Failure to cancel an appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled day will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.
