Velotique is happy to assist you with any warranty matters that arise with products purchased at Velotique. Most of our bicycles, ski equipment and related products are covered by various manufacturer warranties. Most bike frames are warrantied against defects for 5 years or more. Most parts and components are warrantied for 1 year.

Velotique itself does not warranty products and while we are happy to facilitate warranty claims on your behalf for products purchased from us, the actual warranties are handled by our various suppliers and manufacturers.

Velotique Free Tune-Up

Every new bicycle sold by Velotique includes a lifetime of annual free tune-ups. This means one free tune-up for each and every year that you own your bike.  To ensure that every customer gets their free tune-up completed in a timely manner as well as to respect the demand for service in the peak season, the free tune-up service cannot be scheduled from March 1st to July 1st. The other eight months of the year are open for claiming this service.

We respect your privacy. You can be confident that any personal information you submit to us will be stored in a secure manner to protect that information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Payment Policy

Terms of payment are at the sole discretion of Velotique (2013) Inc. and are agreed to when an order is placed. Velotique will charge credit cards upon filling of order. Velotique accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Orders and Certified Cheques. Velotique does not accept COD or purchase orders. Velotique will include an invoice within your shipment. Velotique payment terms are subject to change without notice at Velotique's sole discretion.

Shipping & Return Policy

We make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner and we strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Most national shipments arrive within 4-7 business days, while US shipments can take a little longer.

Returned items shipped back to us must be received unused and in their original packaging.  Shorts, undergarments, socks, and helmets are final sale and cannot be returned. Bicycles, Skis, and any special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.There are no exceptions to these rules.  Items returned within 30 days receive a refund, while items returned within 60 days will receive store credit.
