COVID-19 has changed the way we can do business. We have adopted practices such as: mandatory masks for all employees and customers, increased ventilation, increased physical distancing, regular sanitization of common touchpoints, sanitization of bikes before service or test rides, and frequent hand washing.
Velotique showrooms are now open in a limited capacity. We have in-store service pickup and drop off, as well as a browsing showroom.
Shopping online is still a great way to streamline your visit. If you select curbside pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please have your order number ready when you arrive. Purchasing online will reduce lineups, and reduce in-person risk of exposure.
If you are looking for a bicycle: All of the bicycles we have in stock are listed on our website. If you see a bicycle you like, please purchase it online. Payment for the bicycle will not be captured on our end until you've had a chance to test-ride or pickup; your funds are only pre-authorized. Once the bicycle has been assembled and prepared, you will receive a notification with scheduling options for curbside pickup. We are fortunate to have space in our parking lot to conduct test rides while safely maintaining physical distancing outdoors. We strongly encourage you to test-ride your bicycle before taking it home (please bring your own helmet if you have one). Once we're sure the bike fits you well and you're happy with it, we finalize the payment. Note: we can offer local delivery for bicycles if you can't pick up your new bike, but to deliver a bicycle your purchase must be finalized, and therefore you will not have an opportunity to test ride it first. If you need your bike delivered, please let us know in the notes when you make the purchase.

If you're not a fan of email, you can call us on the telephone as well. Please be aware that because of current conditions inside the store, we may not always be able to answer the phone right away. If you leave a message, we do our best to respond to all reasonable requests within 24 hours, although despite our best efforts, there are days when more time is required.
If you need service for your bicycle: We are accepting drop-in service at this time, although we must still prioritize appointments scheduled online. Please book your drop-off appointment in advance online under the 'Service' section. If you're looking for anything other than a tune-up or flat tire repair, please select 'General Service and Consultation'. The fee will rolled into any labour or product after the consultation. To help our mechanics prepare, please include any pertinent information or requests in the notes field.
